The operating rules for TrailTrade.
These terms explain how TrailTrade.live runs the platform, what buyers and sellers are responsible for, and where TrailTrade may intervene to protect trust, payments, and the marketplace itself.

Platform terms
TrailTrade is built for real gear commerce, not vague marketplace theatre.
Scope of the platform
TrailTrade.live is a category-focused marketplace for live and replay-led outdoor gear commerce. The platform provides infrastructure for listings, streams, storefronts, lots, payments, trust workflows, and support, but it is not a promise that every transaction is risk-free or suitable for every user.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for accurate account information, safe access to their account, and lawful use of the platform. TrailTrade may suspend, limit, or remove access where the account creates a trust, fraud, payment, safety, or policy problem.
Category fit matters
TrailTrade is built for outdoor and adventure gear. Users should not treat the platform as a generic anything-marketplace. Listings, streams, and storefronts must fit the platform's category, trust, and quality standards.
Seller rules
Sellers must present lots honestly, including condition, included items, faults, repairs, and any other material details that could change a buyer's decision.
Sellers remain responsible for their listings, return terms, dispatch handling, legal compliance, tax obligations, and the accuracy of what is shown or stated during live or replay commerce.
TrailTrade may remove, hold, or limit seller activity where the seller creates a trust problem, payment problem, safety issue, policy breach, or repeated buyer harm.
Buyer rules
Buyers should review the seller's terms, lot details, condition disclosures, and live or replay context before purchasing.
A buyer may not abuse the platform, evade payment, manipulate bidding, harass sellers, or misuse reviews, support, or dispute channels.
Where a buyer reports a mismatch or issue, TrailTrade may review transaction, platform, and seller evidence to assess the problem properly.
Platform enforcement and payments
Payments and fees
Payments, subscriptions, commissions, and related marketplace charges may be processed through third-party payment providers. TrailTrade may change pricing, plans, or commercial structure when the platform evolves.
Returns and disputes
Seller return terms remain the first operating rule for a transaction. TrailTrade may step in where a serious mismatch, unresolved trust issue, fraud concern, or platform conduct problem requires review.
Suspension and enforcement
TrailTrade may suspend accounts, pause payouts, remove listings, cancel access, or restrict platform activity where the business believes it is necessary to protect users, payments, safety, or platform integrity.
Liability posture
TrailTrade is not promising uninterrupted service, perfect seller behaviour, or absolute marketplace outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the role the platform actually plays in facilitating the exchange.
