Seller verification

Seller access should mean something.

TrailTrade treats seller verification as part of the public trust layer, not just a formality. A verified seller should look more credible because the operating setup is stronger.

What TrailTrade is looking for

A real seller identity behind the account.
A storefront and policy posture that buyers can actually trust.
Selling setup that still holds up once payment and dispatch begin.

Identity and control

TrailTrade needs to know who is operating the seller account and whether the account is set up by a real person or business with a credible right to trade.

Storefront and disclosure quality

Verification is stronger when a seller profile, returns position, lot disclosure, and public presentation make sense to an actual buyer.

Dispatch and fulfilment setup

A seller who can go live but cannot fulfil cleanly is not actually ready. Shipping posture, consistency, and post-sale follow-through all affect trust.

Seller review line

If a seller application, trust question, or account-readiness issue needs a human review, use ops@trailtrade.live with the account context and the cleanest explanation of what needs checking.
